Your main duties will include:
- Achieve company's Mission and Vision Ensure guests live the "Ultimate Experience" Handle guest complaints according to policy Take charge of room/station operation Participate and execution of inventories Cashiering Ensuring room/restaurant set up is according to set standard Flexible approach due to continues change over of working area/room set up Implement service improvements Maintain and control LQA standards Assist with orientation of new team members Train F&B team members on existing and new products, as well as selling techniques and any other necessary trainings Ensure that s/he and the team adhere to all hotel and company standards, Business conduct and ethics, policies and procedures including Health, Hygiene & Safety
About you
In order to be considered for the role you will have to possess : a College or University Degree; a Task trainer certification; previous 5* hotel and or resort working experience in restaurant or Conference and Banqueting; minimum 2 years experience in similar luxury, high end work environment as team leader. You will have to possess experience in a cultural diverse workforce; a good level in Microsoft Office applications- particularly Excel and Power Point and Good level of written and verbal business English.
