Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pastry at a leading 5* luxury hotel/resort and holding the capacity of Sous Chef – Pastry. Has strong wide experience in European pastries in addition to Asian and Middle Eastern pastries and possesses excellent communication skills in English language as well as fluency in another European language. Innovation, creativity, dynamism, passion and flexibility and good people skills are required for this role.
