2. To provide courteous and helpful service to all club members and guests.
To provide correct information about all the Recreation Facilities and services provide by the club to the guests and members including the membership rates.
Answer telephone enquiries in a courteous manner using the standard of the club; i.e. Greeting – Location – Identification – Offer your help to the guests (Good Morning / Good Afternoon / Good Evening) Club Reception ….. Speaking, how may I help you?
Issue locker keys and clean towels to the guests and members.
Ensure to give the daily report to the Recreation Supervisor.
Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene at the Club Reception desk/area all the times.
Punctuality on duty and be productive during the working hours.
Ensure to check the notice board /book on a daily basis.
Make sure that guests are using date valid Membership Cards.
Issuing miscellaneous voucher (Cash / Room Charge/ Visa Card).
Ensure to check daily inventory for the keys & selling items in your location and report to your direct manager.
Always greet the guest with a smile.
Avoid double booking. Booking must be done in a proper manner i.e. court no., time, name, membership no. (If any), e-mail address & the contact no.
Report all injuries and incident to the Supervisor & Recreation Manager.
To be courteous and respectful to all staffs, colleagues and management.
To adhere to the company rules & regulations at all times.
Any related activities within the assigned area/outlet must be reported immediately to the recreation supervisor.
Make sure to request from the guest /members signature prior starting any game for the activity voucher.
Duty rota must be followed and if any changes, you should inform the recreation administration office / Recreation Manager.
A weekly operational report to be submitted to the Recreation Manager.
Monthly operational reports including revenue reports to be submitted to the Recreation Manager on time.
Following and respecting any additional instruction by your direct manager.
Ensure that the policy and procedures are followed in your section.
To be ready to work at any other facility according to the work requirements.
To carry the responsibilities of opening and closing procedure according to their duties and assigned areas.
Ensure the highest standard of self hygiene all time.
