As a Outlet Cashier, you will be posting and recording all transactions that occur inside of (F&B) operation. Specifically, a Outlet Cashier will perform the following tasks to the highest standards managing busy restaurant operations under the guidance and supervision of the Restaurant Manager, and within the limits of established Emaar policies. Suitable candidate should be a graduate in Hotel & Tourism Management with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Receive and post all food and beverage checks into the MICROS POS system
- Process, efficiently, all customer accounts and total daily revenues
- Produce daily cashiering reports
- Understand the food and beverage services being provided, including any promotions
- Manage customer or team member inquiries and complaints, promptly and completely
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as outlet cashier in a reputed hospitality Establishment.
- Ability to work and deliver results in a fast paced work environment
- A Team player.
- Should have excellent grooming standards
- First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Should be excellent in using various computer packages
