The Life Guard will ensure the supervision, safety and welfare of members and guests in the swimming pool area and shall ensure “proactive life guarding” is undertaken to remove hazards and reduce the risk of accidents and incidents.

The individual will make sure that prompt rescues are carried out in line with the emergency action plan.

Life Guard will promote a helpful and professional image to the guests and give full co-operation to all guests requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
