Ideal Candidate will be experienced in the areas of Front Desk/Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge Services and Telephone Operator. Role requires to perform outstanding Customer Service in all those areas in accordance to our company standards. He/She acts as Liaison person between our foreign guests and the hotel. Also responsible for the cashiering function within our Front Office Department.
Job Requirements:
- competent in general cashier duties and math calculations
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- High tolerance to stress
- Must be able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
Candidate must have:
- Prior Front of House experience in international 5-star luxury resort
- Ability to communicate very well in English and preferably in Russian or Chinese
- Computer skills
