The position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director. You will be responsible for the daily operation and planning within the Restaurant. You will also be expected to work closely with the chefs and your team so that the clients have an excellent dining experience.

The Outlet Manager is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is a restaurant specialist with a natural flair for looking after their clients and colleagues. 

Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Prepare schedules for all employees in relation to levels of business.
• Managing a multi-cultural team.
• Manage costs, minimize waste and control stock and all inventory.
• Lead by example and take training sessions with the Restaurant team to maintain and improve SOP’s manuals and develop their skills and performance.
• Take a prominent role in welcoming and looking after guests throughout the dining experience.
• Take responsibility for the client database and oversee reservations to ensure regular as well as new guests’ requests are anticipated and recorded.
• Take a lead role and pro-active part in the outlets’ promotional activities and business development.

Qualifications and experience:

• A recognized degree or equivalent hospitality qualification and a completed hospitality apprenticeship.
• You must have a minimum of two years’ experiences in a relevant role, ideally within a 5 star international hotel restaurant
• Experience of working in Europe and knowledge of Middle East working culture would be of great benefit.
