RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have an immediate fulltime opening in a dynamic fast growing company out of Carlsbad, CA. The role is for a Russian Speaking Java Engineer to join a team of dedicated and talented engineers. The qualified candidate will be self driven, and proven ability to establish and exploit current research. You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and possess the ability to manage the entire software lifecycle. REQUIREMENTS:

• Expert in Java programming, including Generics and multi-threading
• Native fluency in Russian
• Bachelor or Master's degree
• Experience in designing REST APIs (HTTP, XML)
• Experience in XML processing (XML, XPath, XSD, parsers)
• Comfortable with Linux and bash scripting
• Comfortable writing cross-platform applications (Windows/Linux)

The Following Experience is a Plus:

• Experience in C/C++ and STL
• Natural Language Processing (ontology, machine learning, related statistics)
• Experience in scalable architectures and high-throughput application design
• Experience in user interface development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
• Experience in web application development (JSP, Apache Tomcat)
• Experience in database interface (JPA, Hibernate, JDBC)
• Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hadoop, Hive)
• Semantic web technologies (OWL, RDF, microformats, microdata, triple stores, SPARQL)
