DUTIES:

The selected candidates will greet the hotel guests, advises them about the available types of massage offered. Delights guests at all times and ensures all needs are attended. She will check in guests as they arrive for their scheduled appointments, able to schedule new appointments and answer all calls. She will provides daily maintenance of the spa's lobby and reception areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position in 5* hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
• Flexible and has high attention to details
• Good guest engagement skills
• Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career
• Vibrant, cheerful and dynamic
