Our ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Female Executive Housekeeper, who has worked in the Middle East or with previous/current Royal Family experience would be beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of food, beverage, kitchens
- Has managed a large team within housekeeping and food & beverage
- Have detailed operational knowledge & experience within food and beverage
- Responsible for managing the daily operational running of both these departments across multiple sites
- Demonstrate willingness, ability & flexibility to travel between the various palaces and overseas if need be
- Be on hand to respond to any request from the Royal Family at any time
- Be able to deal with issues, emergencies, special requests etc at any time
- Be able to train, develop, mentor & coach new and existing employees, ensuring they are all up to date in health, safety, operational procedures and all duties & responsibilities as per their position within the royal household
