We are conducting a search for an outstanding Food and Beverage Manager for (single status only) one of our resort clients that operate a first class property in the Indian Ocean. They are urgently seeking the talents of an outstanding individual who will possess excellent service and revenue management knowledge as well as having an eye for detail.

The candidate will oversee all outlets and ensure that all financial goals are met and superior service standards are maintained at all times. He/She will analyze with all outlet management to develop accurate forecasts and strategies to maximize profits. Should have worked in good size resorts/ hotels under a brand name and have experience in handling a food and beverage work force of 150+

Plans, organizes and uses a systematic approach to get things done. Manages time and resources effectively. Possesses excellent English communication and leadership skills. The individual will be an effective trainer, have a passion for hospitality and high end service in a deluxe environment.

Much have experience in managing good number of Ala Carte/ Main Restaurants and Bars and dealing with an All Inclusive Packages. Experience working in top of the range luxury tropical island environment will be a definite plus. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations/ Resident Manager and will be responsible for the daily F&B related activities of this key department

The successful candidate will hold a higher national diploma in hotel management with specialization in food and beverage management from a reputed institution or equivalent. He/she must have a minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hotel operations and management and a minimum of 3 years as Food and Beverage Manager.

Starting salary of up to $42,000USD net + Service Charges, Single Accommodation, 30 days annual leave, All meals and F&B allowance with one R&R per year. An exceptional company benefit package and progressive career development and growth with this expanding hotel organization.
