You will be proactive in business development and maintain social media sites, carry out regular competitor analysis monitoring their performance and activity, generate ideas to grow the business, promote and sell the venue and events. Support General Manager operationally to ensure all club nights are well managed. · Actively marketing the venue through available social media outlets, as per the Company's Marketing Requirement Plan. · Being responsible for accurate collection and maintenance of customer information for the venue database while constantly striving to increase the size of your personal clientele · Working with a high level of professionalism towards all customers, ensuring their return to the venue · Must have a strong working knowledge of social media marketing · Must be able to maintain excellent customer service skills while maintaining high service standards in a stressful, constantly changing work environment · Conducting market research and PR activities as required per business levels. · Having a very active and professional social media profile. · Handling reservations, outside bookings, promoters/party hosts, event planning and posting. · Calling new companies to establish relationships & to book events. · Running Concierge Program where we work with Dubai concierge’s for events & bookings. · Liaise with promoters, entertainment providers and events managers in order to bring business to the venue. · Actively soliciting, taking bookings for and maintaining relationships with potential customers, promoters and DJs. · Creating relationships with JW Marriot hotel. · Developing and negotiating bookings with clients. · Building and maintaining an up-to-date database of customers and promoters. · Ensuring personal service to all customers, ensuring that guests are greeted in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. · Ensuring arrangement of club guests and table bookings are managed properly. · Coordinating with Marketing and Operations managers. · Working with Security, hostess and other relevant operations team members to set and enforce door policy. · Ensuring quality control of customer’s club experience. · Organizing and overseeing the cooperation with Independent PR companies or PR individual within the region to maximize revenue and footfall to the club. · Having a good knowledge of the new social Platforms and ensure that the venue is constantly up to date. · Taking part in Marketing and Promotional activities prior agreed with General Manager. · Making sure that all regular guests are addressed by names and provided with exceptional personalized experiences. · Making sure that all team members are communicating only positive message about the outlet to customers and other colleagues.
