To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the hotel’s standards of performance and objectives set in the hotel’s mission statement
•To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks required for the position.
•To be entirely flexible and adapt to rotate within the departments/divisions of the hotels as assigned.
•To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
•To type, take dictation and minutes, draft letters, file and trace all correspondence.
•To be responsible for the typing, filing and handling of all Private & Confidential matters related to the department.
•To accurately and promptly distribute al incoming mails, memos and internal correspondence.
•To maintain a systematic and efficient filing system, both for hard files as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval. Ensure all files are kept up to date at all times
•To handle all business travel arrangements, airline tickets, visas and hotel reservations as required for approved travel by employees of the Executive Office and hotel, following the established Policies and Procedures.
•To submit Purchase Requests for the Executive Office for execution.
•To fully understand and adhere to the Confidentiality Requirement for the position.
•To attend and minute the monthly Financial Review and other meetings as required.
•To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
•To be fully aware, conversant and embody Accor’s spirit, values and goals, and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
•To be fully aware and conversant of Accor’ environmental charter and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
•To be fully aware and conversant of ISO9001 (for Ibis Hotel) policies and procedures and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
