The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests.

• Knowledge in OPERA a must
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Must be customer service and team oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Minimum of a Secondary School education
• Must be fluent in English
