* Progressive experience of two (2) years in F&B with a four or five star hotel or restaurant, preferably in UAE or GCC. 

* Knowledge of Food and Beverage products, Menus and Standards of service 

* Excellent English; Russian speakers preferred 

* Ability to acknowledge and respond to guest feedback adequately 

* Organization and prioritization skills 

* Ability to maintain confidentiality of guests and hotel 

* Public Relations skills 

* High School Degree; Hotel management graduate is a plus
