Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Partner with the Director of Human Resources to develop and drive recruitment strategies. 
•Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position and efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
•Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
•Develop and cultivate a strong partnership with the recruitment team and line managers and maintain consistency through recruitment practices
•Streamline recruiting processes and workflows to improve hiring speed and improve candidate experience
•Create successful sourcing strategies focusing on finding and hiring global talent on equal opportunity grounds 
•Develop and update all job descriptions and person specifications as deemed necessary from time to time
•Use recruiting data and metrics to implement improvements for talent acquisition
•Coach, motivate, grow, and mentor the recruiting team. 
•Advise on hiring issues, and support continuous professional development of the team. 
•Assist with headcount planning and manage recruiting budget. 
•Identify and explore new areas and avenues of advertising job vacancies and recruiting 
•Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
•Manage and improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
•Generate reports and understand the trends in recruitment and in the industry



Requirements

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•Must be proficient in writing, speaking and understanding instructions in English and at least one additional language. 
•Must be able to uphold the highest level of confidentiality
•Must possess courteous & efficient telephone manner
•Must possess excellent organizational/administrative skills

•Must be adaptable and flexible
•Must be comfortable to influence / coach/ counsel others 
•Must be results-oriented

•Must possess cross cultural sensitivity 
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Power Point

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

EDUCATION
Bachelor degree required. Additional certificates in coaching / counselling/ human resources preferred. 

EXPERIENCE
At least 4 year of experience in an International Luxury Brand Hotel in the same / similar field.
