We are looking for Sous Chef who will be responsible for the food production of the kitchen section he/she is assigned for. He/she works in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the hotel.

The right candidate should have the following:

• Worked as Junior Sous Chef for at least 2 years
• Similar experience in international hotels preferably in UAE/ME.
• A good level of spoken English
• Good Guest Relation Skills
• Good Computer Skills
• The Ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment
• Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
