Responsible for supervising the stewarding Casuals during shift and for cleaning and maintaining food and beverage premises to high hygienic standards. 
Manages the daily kitchen utility operations. Areas of responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running. Strives to continually improve
