Amberley Castle is magnificent 900 year old castle enclosed by a 60 foot curtain wall and working portcullis behind which you will discover an enchanting hotel offering the highest standards of food and service. Bedrooms are resplendent with the luxurious facilities you would expect from a country house hotel. WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We are looking for a Chef de Partie, who wants to feed their development and who has a positive passion towards food. Enthusiasm and a true passion for food are key to this role. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced individual who has the flair to create high quality dishes, whilst also possessing the organisational skills to deal with the volume and attention to detail that is required.
