Amberley Castle is magnificent 900 year old castle enclosed by a 60 foot curtain wall and working portcullis behind which you will discover an enchanting hotel offering the highest standards of food and service. Bedrooms are resplendent with the luxurious facilities you would expect from a country house hotel. History encompasses every part of this wonderful building and the many acres of gardens it stands in.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We are looking for a strong motivated receptionist who has worked within hospitality or a customer service led industry.

The future member of our team will:

• Be passionate about hospitality with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who thrives on working in a team.
• Be personable and engaging, ensuring every interaction exceeds guest expectations.
• Consistently deliver company standards.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop key relationships with all our guests.
• Have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Be committed to their own personal development and seek any training opportunities that will assist in this.

Key Stats:

Contract Hours: 40, Days Any 5 out of 7, Weekends: Yes, Evenings: No,

Gratuities/ Service Charge: Not applicable to this role, Holidays: 28 days per annum
