Group of medical clinics headquartered in Northbrook, IL is looking for an experienced Call Center Manager with proven track record of success to join our growing team. The successful candidate will utilize creative and analytical skills to solve new and complex issues; direct, consult and assist all levels of management and staff.

Main Responsibilities
 

• Hire and train new staff members
• Ensure smooth work of phones and the whole system
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling process
• Scheduling rate 80%+
   
• Job Requirements
  
  · Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible information system management experience, preferably in a healthcare computer environment. Sales, Clinical Systems or EMR system experience desirable
  · Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Sales, Computer Science or Health Care Administration. Coursework to include information systems and quantitative skills
  · Thorough knowledge of healthcare information systems and of legal, ethical, management and organizational principles and standards for health systems in the State of Illinois
  · Ability to utilize creative and analytical problem solving techniques to extremely varied situations
  · Ability to make decisions consistent with overall corporate and departmental objectives
  · Professional appearance, positive attitude, ability to collaborate with physicians, department managers and staff
  · Knowledge of Russian or another language is preferred
  · Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills at a level sufficient to present written and verbal presentations to physicians and medical office staff
  · Ability to exhibit extreme diplomacy and professionalism
