POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Information Innovation office (I2O) within the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is seeking an International Business/ Financial SETA with a strong background in threat financial analysis to assist with USG contracts. The ideal candidate would be fluent in spoken and written Russian and English.

Tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide business/financial SETA support specifically involving foreign business practices in commodities and international trade.
• Perform threat financial analysis and fraud detection.
• Utilize Russian language skills to perform the aforementioned tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• BA/BS in a business or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in business/finance; specifically in foreign business practice areas.
• Extensive TRADOC/US Army training experience.
• Russian language skills; language training skills are a plus.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Experience managing USG contracts.
