Basic Function:
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients to achieve assigned monthly target.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, Organizing and implementing Marketing and Sales programs for the organization.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Establish and maintain consistent contact and relationship with customers, dealers and distributors.
- Coordinates sales effort with sales, production management, accounting, logistics department.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Participate in the ordering process both new and reordering.
- Review own sales performance and strategies on how to make proper and effective improvements.
- Providing reports on product and pricing trends and regular feedback to management.
Skills
- Must be Russian Native speaker with excellent English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- The candidate should be flexible and a self-motivated team player.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
