We are a busy lettings agency firm based in Angel. We specialize in shared accommodation and cover all of London Zone 1-3. 

Trainee Lettings Negotiators required for a role developed mainly 70% on the field rather than an office job. 

Candidates have to be driven to succeed. Full sales training will be given to each successful candidate. Strong organisational skills are a must. 
Previous experience of the lettings industry is desirable; however, we will consider applicants with limited experience as full training will be given.

Job Description: 

- Calling prospects from inbound & outbound leads. 
- Answering calls from potential customers. 
- Investigating client’s needs and desires 
- Closing deals 
- Managing own task lists and client follow up.

You will get 3 types of Commissions:

Up to 200 pounds per room rented.
Uplift: 50% of the difference of the base price provided by us and the price you rent the room. Agency fees 20%
