In this junior position you are responsible for developing and executing trading and marketing strategies and finding opportunities to take positions with limited risk to get benefits, all this with the right vision of the market, to trade successfully and execute all trades properly.
- Market analysis based on supply and demand tables, charts, brokers and other databases;
- Customer relationship management;
- Position taking;
- Lead the Execution team in the performance of all the transactions;
- Budget management, with the assistance of Risk and Trade Finance departments;
- Close coordination with different country office’s books;
- Responsible to assure that the trades comply with the requirements of EU/national legislation and/or with all relevant certification schemes;
- Report market information with regard to the quality of the feed materials (especially when there are indications of change in quality) to the Quality Assurance department;
- Trading products that comply with the food and feed legislation.
What you bring to the table
For this junior position we are looking for candidates with a commercial mindset and eagerness to learn. Furthermore:
• Educated to degree level preferably in Mathematics, Economics or Science.
• Master degree is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Russian.
• Some trading experience in a financial or commodity environment.
• Excellent knowledge of trading instruments, hedging strategies and contract terms.
• Willing to travel.
