Guest Service Agent Shift Leader is assisting in leading a diverse group of people, assisting in managing the Front Desk, is responsible for ensuring that guest satisfaction is not only met, but exceeded. Principal responsibilities include greeting guest with a smile, making and modifying reservations, rooms allocation, calculate the guest’s final bill and collect payments.Candidate must be adaptable and flexible to various work conditions; must have a concern for quality; must be results oriented.

We seek for an enthusiastic candidate with a minimum of two years experience as an Agent or Supervisor in a luxury hotel, Excellent spoken English, Good written English,Knowledge of Arabic an asset and definitely somebody who is looking for career in Rooms Divisions.

Knowledge of languages such as Russian or Arabic will be an advantage for this opening position.
