Russian Accountant in Prague

Main Responsibilities
- Perform accurate accounting processes for traded products, factoring in additional costs (logistic costs, stock losses etc.)
- Issue and book detailed invoices for all European trades
- Maintain efficient record keeping and manage financial data
- coach and guide junior accounting team members where needed
- Resolve sometimes very complex accounting issues with trade deals, in cooperation with trading department
- Book receivables for bought goods and services
- Ensure accurate VAT accounting conforming with EU cross border trade regulations

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Good English language skills both spoken and written
- Previous accounting experience in an international trade or logistics company
- Able to work under pressure with sometimes high volume workloads
- Very good ability to be accurate and pay attention to detail
- We're able to accept applications either from people already in the Czech Republic or people who would like to relocate here. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer this role to people who will need Visa/Work Permits.
