Role: 
The successful candidate will undertake the following duties;
-Take inbound and outbound customer queries via telephone & e-mail
-Follow-up all customer queries regarding pricing, delivery times & product information
-Build, develop and maintain customer records, while liaising with the Sales Manager and the sales team 

Skills: 
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following attributes;
-Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role
-Possess strong communication skills including native Russian and fluent English 
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
-Be a pre-active member of the team with a passion for the role
