Our client, a leading CRM agency, is searching for a:

Social Media Manager (m/f) in Erlangen

Your Responsibilities:

• Use of social media platforms in order to communicate with consumers of the brand
• Moderate user generated content with reference to the guidelines within the social media websites
• Help with the preparation of the moderation and communication guidelines and policy which is continuously ongoing
• Collect and analyse data received from the social media platforms
• Identifying consumers wants and demands in order to develop new content and activities
• Writing and delivering of reports based on the community Monitoring
• Identifying and reviewing the effectiveness of various new initiatives

Your Profile:

• University degree (or equal) with a focus on digital media (i.e social media, online media)
• Native-level English is a must
• A good level of German is beneficial
• High knowledge of MS Office
• Experience and knowledge of different social media platforms and forums
• Easily able to build, develop and manage digital relationships with a dynamic team
• Passion for sports
• Openness to shift-work
