Our client is a leading outsource provider in the German market and a company widely respected in the industry for its flexibility and dedication to client success. We currently operate 1,900 workstations and manage up to 2,500 employees in eight sites.
You will work as a customer service agent for a famous American IT company

Your profile:

• Native Russian speakers or C1/C2 level
• English B2+
• Advanced Windows users (or better)
• Understanding of hardware functionality (camera, printer, scanner, router, modem)
• Understanding of basic network functionality (WiFi, Bluetooth, TCP IP) 
• Good communication skills (active listener, friendly, positive, solution oriented) 
• Experience in customer services preferred

Your duties:

• Taking phone calls and dealing with customers’ queries.
• Case logging for incoming calls
• Keeping customers’ level of satisfaction high by meeting their expectations.
• Assisting in making reports and charts.
• internal database usage

You must have a working VISA for Germany
