PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and maintain the General Ledger of European entities with the main focus on PTC’s Russian legal entity (posting of bank, payroll, prepaid accounts, accruals, reconciliations etc.)
- Preparation of the monthly/quarterly reporting to our headquarters in the US according to US-GAAP rules
- Manage the processing of accounts payable transactions and payments in accordance with company and statutory policy
- Preparation of local required tax declarations (e.g. for VAT)
- Preparation of monthly cash forecasts
- Support audits and preparation of annual accounts
- Work with cross-functional teams and on special projects
- Act as a proactive consultant within the organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies including Sarbanes Oxley regulations and other internal controls
- Adhere to PTC’s policies and procedures as well as statutory rules
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Accounting or related field required, Bachelor’s level preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant accounting or public accounting experience
- Knowledge in international accounting principles and taxes (e. g. US-GAAP and Russian GAAP)
- Experience in financial systems and office solutions, preferably Oracle and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and analytical approach
- Able to set priorities and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English andRussian
- Open minded, flexible, proactive & interactive attitude
