In this exciting position you will be responsible for:

• Conception, creation and implementation of training modules (online/offline) for the retail academy e.g. customer service excellence, product knowledge, selling techniques, luxury approach etc.
• Training and coaching of our sales staff
• Regional adaptation of materials

Qualifications:

• Formal trainer education and/ or coaching certificate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion industry in the area of product- and behavioral training
• Degree in business administration, psychology or communication/design
• Very good language skills in English and a second language (Italian, French, Dutch, Japanese, Chinese, Russian)
• Didactical skills and high social competencies
• High degree of communication- and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel 50%
• Very good skills in Powerpoint
• Intercultural awareness
