We are looking for a skilled and flexible Personal Assistant to provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Group Chief Financial Officer.
Your role:
You will be able to develop high level of secretarial and administrative support skills. This will include:
Screening phone calls, drafting of correspondence, translations, document and report preparation
Management of electronic diaries, schedules, meetings and email inbox
You will facilitate logistical arrangements such as:
Agenda management, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings including travel bookings and accommodation arrangements (at best available rates in a cost saving perspective)
You will play a key role as you will evolve in a corporate and board management level environment by interacting with corporate services employees/managers
Your profile:
3-5 years experience as a Personal Assistant delivering confidential administrative and secretarial services
Qualifications required in a finance department
Fluent in Russian and English, any other language will be considered as a real asset
Proven high level organizational skills, ability to filter information and assess priorities
Ability to work with limited direction in a highly demanding environment requiring tact, judgment, flexibility and reactivity.
