Specific Duties:

Comply with good manufacturing practices (GMP) as required.

Comply with company Container's policies and procedures.

Responsible for fair and equal treatment of all candidates and employees with regard to all aspects of employment regardless of any protected characteristic.
- Responsible for assisting company of achieving goals by obtaining and maintaining effective employees.
- Responsible for supporting and communicating management practices and providing advice to the management team regarding human resource related issues.
- Responsible for recruiting and staffing in a manner consistent within legal guidelines and within the Affirmative Action Plan for company.
- Responsible for general employment practices including interview process, testing, participating in disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Responsible for human resources development including setting up training programs.
- Responsible for knowledge of corporation compensation and benefit plans.
- Responsible for knowledge of health, safety, and security issues in the workplace.

Maintains the policy and procedure manual and employee handbooks and develops new policies as required. Also, provides research, developmental and implementation assistance on assigned projects.

All other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
-
A minimum of 5 years experience as a HR Generalist, preference given to HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of one year experience at one employer in the last three years required.

Must have a least 2 years working experience using MS Word and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
