Requirements

- Bachelors Graduates or Master Graduates
- At least a 6 months foreign experience (Erasmus, Leonardo or life experience)
- Desire to build a career in the Human Resources
-Full professional proficiency in English
-Full professional proficiency in Italian
-Native or bilingual in Russian
- Willing to relocate nationally and internationally
- Willing to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment

Offer

- a 6-month paid Traineeship at In Job Headquarters in Verona
- Full time contract (contract duration: 3 - 6 months)

The person will be involved in an international and dynamic environment with the chance to reach their career goals in the global labor market. There will be the chance of an international employment after the traineeship period.
