Job Description

Ensures the proper day-to-day operation of the Restaurant Reservations team while working in close co-operation and communication with the F & B Management of all 3 properties. Liaise with outlet managers to ensure bookings are accurately made and communicated while assisting and monitoring all activities in the department.

Requirements

• Call centre experience, rooms reservations or restaurant reservations experience at manager level
• 5 star Hotel experience
• Worked operations in different F&B outlets.
