Our client was established in France and is currently the worldwide leader in providing Outstanding Customer Experience and has been serving companies around the world providing services in Technical Support, Debt Collection & Customer Care.
You will work as a Technical Support Agent for a famous American IT company!
Your profile:
• !! Must have EU Nationality or work permit for Germany !!
• Native Russian speakers or C1/C2 level
• English B2+
• Advanced Windows users (or better)
• Understanding of hardware functionality (camera, printer, scanner, router, modem)
• Understanding of basic network functionality (WiFi, Bluetooth, TCP IP)
• Good communication skills (active listener, friendly, positive, solution oriented)
• Experience in customer services preferred
Your duties:
• Taking phone calls and dealing with customers’ queries
• Case logging for incoming calls
• Keeping customers’ level of satisfaction high by meeting their expectations
• Assisting in making reports and charts
• Internal database usage
