The Role

- Ensuring the quality and timeliness of service delivery 
- Ensuring the project management team is adequately resourced to delivery a successful project from beginning to end
- Coordinating logistics, commissioning and handover activities to budgets, schedules and quality requirements
- Specializing in Retail and Hospitality projects
- Monitoring the project and to liaise with the design team and Production Manager, that the level of work is carried out to the highest standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years Project Management in Retail and Hospitality projects. 
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Projects.
- Knowledge on international conditions of MEP. 
- Fluency in the English language.
- Overseeing the tender and award process of various projects. 
- Directing actions and providing guidance to the projects team. 
- Monitoring issues to identify problems that could impact the project. 
- Ensuring the project objectives are delivered timeously. 
- Provide contractual and technical guidance to ensure the proficiency of the project. 
- Prepare quotations and recommend suppliers. 
- Must prepare a schedule for the successful completion of the project. 
- Coordinate with procurement for the materials required for the project. 
- Gulf experience is to the candidates benefit.
