The Role
Purpose:
To be the face of the Company in Dubai. To create a welcoming environment for all individuals who enter the office premises.
Major Accountabilities
- Ensure that all visitors are received and assisted in a professional and cordial manner and the concerned company personnel are immediately informed about his arrival.
- Ensure that the reception area is always kept clean.
- Record all messages accurately and communicate them to the concerned person on time.
- Dispatch and distribute all documents coming through mail or courier on time.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality about the information received through fax.
- Maintain proper inventory system for the stationery and coordinate with all departments about their requirement prior to placing the orders.
- Ensure all telephone/ fax messages, personal and official, are recorded accurately and the payroll is informed of all deductions (Telephone/ fax/ courier).
Requirements
- Should have a Bachelor's Degree
- Should have at least 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Should be well versed on MS Office, Data Entry, Filing.
- Have excellent written & verbal skills.
- Should be good in interpersonal, coordination skills.
- Good Practical usage of English Language
- Arabic would be an advantage
