The Role:

• To attend Russian speaking customer’s queries on phone. 
• To provide them technical support. 
• To provide them with appropriate customer service.
• Case logging for incoming calls through internal database usage 
• Prompt Communication with other departments, 
• Developing technical communication skills.

Your profile: 

• Native or Fluent Russian and good English Speaker
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Advanced windows user
• Good understanding of hardware functions (camera, printer, scanner, router, modem)
• Good understanding of basic network functions (Wi Fi, Bluetooth, TCP, IP)
• Apple iOS/OS X experienced preferred 

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 5days, 40 Hours per week.
Two shifts 06:50-15:20 and 09:35 –18:05
