About the role

An exciting role has arisen for a highly motivated and hardworking colleague to join the Kitchen team. The main duties of this role are to provide friendly, professional and efficient service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with house standards. And to maintain an efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all time frames and standards detailed in relevant SOPs in the kitchen standards manual. Should also be flexible and ready to work in varied shifts as per the requirement of the department.

Your duties will include;

• Passing all information to next shift about functions and activities.
• Keeping the section clean and tidy.
• Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• Working to the specifications received by the direct reports and supervisors regarding portion size, quantity and quality as laid down in the recipe index.

About you

You will need to have at least one year experience of working in kitchen within a 5 star property.
