Director of Food & Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation of the hotel.
- Responsible for the development of the Food & Beverage business by leading and managing the operation with high quality services.
- Implement new ideas to drive business, improve profitability, generate customer awareness and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Develop promotional activities to attract guests.
- Control of food & beverage costs through effective recipe planning, costing, pricing and controls.
- Ability to set effective financial targets and goals and lead the team to achieve these goals.
- Inspect dining areas ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Be highly visible and interact with both internal and external customers.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operation, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international hotel.
- European or North American trained preferred. Asia experience in addition would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an effective team leader and a drive to achieve optimum results
- Ambitious, outgoing, highly motivated and creative
- Good command of English. An additional language would be a plus.
Further Information:
- USD 3500 – 4000 nett per month with other expat benefits.
- The position is available immediately.
