We are currently looking for a Front Office Agent to join our young and ambitious team. You will ensure guest experience and satisfaction, and smooth reception operations by providing excellent and personalized service standards. You will also be in charge of answering incoming telephone calls, upselling hotel facilities and making reservations. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, flexible and well-versed candidate who has the capability of working closely with all operational departments and understands what exceeding expectations means. The language requirements are Spanish, English and German. Background in the luxury hotel business is a must.
