Our Client is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their fine dining Asian Restaurant opening in Frankfurt. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all staff in the operation of the restaurant and is accountable for the maintenance of standards, and adherence to Policies & Procedures in those areas of responsibility.

This position reports to the Director of the Restaurant.

The Requirements

• Fluent in German
• Legal resident of Germany
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational role with a reputable hotel group / Michelin Starred restaurant
• 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager at a 5 Star property

Key Accountabilities

• To direct and follow the functions of the restaurant to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• To maintain and keep on improving the service quality of all staff
• To create/implement programs that will increase sales revenues
• To participate with the Chefs in innovation merchandising menus.
• To achieve desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion.
• To assist the Restaurant Director in budgeting, portion specifications, menu abstracts and food production control.
• Participate in the recruitment & selection of applicants
• Responsible in appraising all restaurant employees
• Responsible in supervision, training and counseling of Restaurant Staff
