Job Description

• To conduct daily meetings to discuss service goals and objectives for the day.

• To manage implementation of revised E’Spa core standards in product and service.

• To consult and effectively and positively manage changes in operation, policy and procedures with direct reports.

• To ensure service briefings are carried out as appropriate regarding core standards (dress code, hygiene, service procedure).

• To ensure close client liaison is maintained at all times throughout events.

• To generate new ideas for service and products that will maintain a competitive and leading edge over our Competitive Set.

• To effectively roster and book staff to cover all forecasted events and manage the monthly Manpower costs as percentage of revenue and in relation to covers and the productivity.

• To conduct performance or disciplinary related reviews with direct reports as necessary on a timely basis.

• To ensure all team members adhere to the agreed standards and initiate a training plan for all full time employees and permanent casual workers.

• To be involved in and drive the Six Sigma process within all areas of responsibility – includes timely training of staff within 6 months of start date, and encouragement for them to participate in project teams.

• To create an environment in which direct reports can take responsibility and authority for their work and development.

• To actively participate in the meetings as appropriate - daily operations briefing, weekly business planning meetings. monthly Spa communications meeting, Marketing Plan & Operating Plan meetings as requested, Spa ESI Feedback Meetings, GSI, Monthly Department Heads Meeting.

• To provide creative methods for improving Customer Service.

• To build relationship with E’Spa.

• To closely monitor all interviews for Spa staff to ensure awareness of core standards, grooming and technical skills requirements.



Requirements

• You must have a solid background of all the spa treatments and services in a high end and luxurious environment
.
• You must have 2-4 years experience in a similar role in a five star international environment

• Must be comfortable and familiar in working in a high class spa operations

• Middle East experience is an advantage.

• Recreation and gym background is advantage

• Expert in meeting agreed financial budgeted targets 

• Must be able to generate new ideas for service and products that will maintain a competitive and leading edge over the competitive set

• The candidate must be young, dynamic, highly motivated, innovative, enthusiastic, team work oriented, Multi tasking ,Interpersonal competences ,Self motivated ,Stress management skills and a creative individual 

• Strong Administration skills, to be able to work with various software such as Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook.

• Strong organizational skills to be able to handle rostering, training and managing of the department.

• Assist and support Spa staff and management in daily activities 

• Provide high quality customer services to Spa guests & Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the spa

• Handle and maintain equipment and tools in proper spa settings and keep premises neat 

• Ensure compliance with local and federal health and safety policies, standards and regulations

• Record and monitor all sales, costs, payroll and profits within the spa

• Participate at marketing and promotion activities
