As a result of continuous growth and development we have a unique opportunity for aSpa Receptionist to join our award winning ShuiQi Spa and Fitness Centre. In this position you will be responsible for attending to all guests with spa information, booking treatments and responding to requests at the entrance reception desk, the lower level lobby reception and via the telephone, ensuring all guests are served and assisted according to resort standards.

You will need to deliver five star customer service at all times, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong selling skills, where you will be required to sell and upsell various spa retail products and spa services.

The following duties and responsibilities will also be undertaken in the position;

• Ensure the spa is set up as per resort standards prior to opening daily
• Assist therapists with preparation of treatment rooms when required
• Have full knowledge of all services, products and areas of the spa in order to assist guests with information when required.
• Ensuring all the supplies and tools required for the daily operation is available.

You will have worked as a receptionist in your previous position, understanding the importance of customer service and representing your company or department’s image. You will also have a strong interest in the Spa industry with a passion to grow and develop your career. The successful person will join a culture of 80 plus nationalities, where you will be a part of a large team that creates an environment where people strive to do their best. Understanding the company’s vision and demonstrating its core values will be highly regarded in this role.
