SUMMARY: Responsible for creating a variety of promotional advertising fliers and company website maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates website developments, updates and activities, including monitoring utilization and actively working to improve visitor traffic and response rates.
- Create, develop and coordinate a digital Parts Store.
- Creates specialty advertising materials, including trade show display materials, hand-outs, and promotional items.
- Updates mailing lists to support e-newsletters, e-news alerts, email, fax and mail outreach efforts, including the segmentation of key audiences, groups and lists to support targeted communications.
- Supports the execution of marketing and communications projects and campaigns, with direct management responsibility for website development and e-newsletter support.
- Assists with preparation of presentations to key internal and external audiences.
- Assists senior leadership with planning and execution of events, such as presentations, community forums and annual conferences, including management of events, as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2+ years' experience in marketing position.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of email marketing systems such as Constant Contact and knowledge of tracking the effectiveness of email marketing.
- Experience with website development and maintenance, including experience with writing and updating website copy as well as monitoring website traffic.
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to adapt writing style for difference audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as ability to effectively work in a team environment and maintain strong working relationship.
- Ability to plan, organize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Detail oriented, especially as it relates to time management, event planning and external communications.
- Ability to embrace changes and adjust quickly to work demands and shifting priorities
