As an applicant you will be working in a close-knit team located in Auckland, New Zealand and will be expected to conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner. Customer service (walk in & phone Miles & More enquiries) on the Front-desk in both German and English
Support of Miles & More responsibilities with the following tasks:
- Retro-credits
- Statistics
- Miles & More developments
- Handling overflow of Miles & More bookings
- Miles & More bookings for preferred customers/agents
- Co-mail
Admin support with the following tasks:
- Mail
- Scanning of Invoices & Business travel management forms
- Filing
- Print Agency Debit memo’s from accounting system
- Process pre waivers in accounting system
- Follow up with travel agencies for completed pre-waivers
Sales support for following tasks:
- Sales Mailings
- Update of Sales systems (i.e. calls / agent figures etc)
- Assist with training preparation
- General & Adhoc sales / project support / event activities
Support of General Manager & Sales & Marketing Manager on an ad-hoc-basis when required
Housekeeping tasks and other related requirements
- Daily Mail / DX collection
- Collection of Newspaper, office milk supplies & ad-hoc pick up / deliveries
- Daily emptying of dishwasher & keeping kitchen clean & tidy
Your profile
- At the date of your internship you have completed the 2nd semester of your study programm
- You must be enrolled at university during the entire period of the internship or internship between the Bachelor and Master programm (Gap Year)
- You must be a citizen of the EU or have a German work permit
- You must have a valid passport for the entire period of the internship
- You are an enthusiastic team player with proven analytical and social skills
- You must have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- You demonstrate affinity with numbers and attention to detail
- You have very good skills applying and using IT systems and MS Office applications, knowledge of Prezi presentation software would also be an advantage
- You are committed and feel comfortable to work independently and under stress
