General Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager to develop and execute all marketing campaigns & promotions for all our banners including branding campaigns, private label brand launches, co-op & media opportunities and new & existing products in support of the Company's corporate strategy and brand development.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns & promotions to build customer loyalty and engagement for all our banners, services and brands
- Work across the Organization to assist the Marketing Manager with the development and execution of key marketing programs and ensure integration into all key media elements. Assure timely and flawless execution.
- Work with external Vendor Partners to provide detailed information for the development & execution of marketing campaigns & promotions.
- Assist in providing creative direction & approval for all marketing campaigns & promotion assets
- Communicate all marketing activity and create marketing resentations
- Assist with measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns & promotions; offer recommendations for improvement
- Follow all Company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
- Previous marketing experience strongly preferred
- Supermarket or retail industry experience is highly desirable
- Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company and its operating units
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
