The Role
Fantastic opportunity to join a hugely successful and expanding casual dining branded concept which is going through a growth phase and looking at a franchise business model expansion in the next few years.
Based in Jeddah you will be responsible for driving the Sales / Operations performance of the restaurants and ensure the existing high standards are exceeded in both existing and new outlets. This is a great chance to make your mark with a growing business and reap the long term rewards as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management of the casual dining concept including sales & profitability of each of the restaurants and the brand
- People management - overseeing the individual restaurants managers and providing support and direction
- Marketing of the brand - through a range of modern print, digital & Social media you will market the existing and new restaurants
- Strong leadership of your team and instilling a highly motivated work culture with a strong emphasis on customer service & sales / standards
- Identify with the Director negotiate new sites for the opening of new restaurants
- Ensuring the brand standards are adhered to and exceeded. Setting the SOP and implementing new process / policy / procedures
- Regular site visits to ensure the customer service experience is always at an exceptional standard
- Oversee the Health, safety & hygiene of each store and dealing with any complaints quickly and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years commercial experience in Casual Dining / Quick Service Retail / F&B / Hospitality ideally with experience of international food cuisine
- 2 years recent experience in a Brand Manager / Multi Site / Area Manager capacity overseeing multiple outlets whether company owned or franchised in the hospitality sector
- Good all round understanding of marketing, branding, finance & cost management
- Strong financial & budget management experience, sales, profits, costs etc.
- Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and get the best out of your teams
- Well versed on modern Health & Safety rules and regulations both internationally & locally within the Gulf region
- A honest and dedicated approach to achieving sales targets & goals
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment
- Preference will be given to Arabic speaker
